Hey, I’m Shannon. Co-founder of Spiritual Badgyal, Reiki Master and Intuitive Guide. My journey didn’t start in some perfect, peaceful way. It started with me having to face my own mother and father wounds. The places where I felt unseen, unloved, or like I had to shrink myself. That cracked me open and it’s what taught me how to walk this path of self-worth, confidence, and inner peace.

Because I’ve been there, in the thick of childhood pain, self-doubt, and the kind of healing that feels messy, I hold space with zero judgment. When you sit with me, you don’t have to perform or hide. You just get to be, and together we’ll move through what’s heavy, shift your energy, and bring you back to yourself.

The way I work is gentle, but I don’t sugarcoat. We’ll get clear, we’ll cut through the noise, and we’ll release what no longer serves. Every session is about helping you put that weight down so you can step forward feeling lighter, clearer, and fully in your power.
